True Freedom Leadership was founded on a simple truth: real leadership begins within.
Before we can guide or inspire others, we must first learn to lead ourselves - to master our inner world.
This inner journey is the foundation of meaningful success. It’s what allows men to move beyond fear, control, and distraction, and to live and lead with presence, purpose, and passion.
At True Freedom Leadership, we exist to awaken that deeper potential in men - supporting them to embody true freedom in every area of life: as husbands, fathers, business owners, and leaders.
This journey isn’t meant to be walked alone. We’re building a global movement of visionary men committed to transforming their families, their businesses, and their communities by living with more authenticity, joy and love.

Our Story...
True Freedom Leadership was born from Bodhi Aldridge’s lifelong commitment to inner transformation and authentic leadership.
After decades working with founders, executives, and high-performing teams, Bodhi saw that success alone wasn’t enough. The leaders he coached were outwardly accomplished yet inwardly restless - driven by achievement but disconnected from themselves.
His own journey from lawyer to leadership mentor revealed a deeper truth: freedom isn’t found in what we do, but in who we are. From this realisation, True Freedom Leadership was born - a place where men learn to lead from presence, purpose, and passion.
Today, Bodhi is joined by his son, Dominic Aldridge, and a team of Leadership Coaches who have walked beside him for many years. Together, they represent two generations of leadership - blending wisdom and drive, depth and action - united by a shared vision: to awaken men to true freedom and transform the way they live, love, and lead.
