Bodhi Aldridge

Founder & Chief Visionary Officer

Bodhi Aldridge is the founder and Chief Visionary Officer of True Freedom Leadership - a global movement dedicated to awakening men to their true nature and guiding them to live and lead with Presence, Purpose and Passion.

Originally trained as a lawyer, Bodhi ran his own successful legal practice for two decades before selling it in 2000 to pursue his true calling: helping people realise their full potential from the inside out. Since then, he has coached and facilitated leaders and teams in more than 20 countries, from start-ups to global organisations including Google, Netflix, and Oxford University.

Bodhi’s journey has been shaped as much by his family life as by his professional path. Married to his teenage sweetheart, Amala Rose, for over forty years, together they’ve raised four children and now delight in ten grandchildren. His son, Dom and daughter, Millie are both part of the True Freedom Leadership Team. Bodhi and Amala's partnership - grounded in love, honesty, and growth - continues to be one of his greatest teachers.

A lifelong student of leadership, spirituality, and human potential, Bodhi has trained with world-renowned teachers in systemic constellations, psychotherapy, and the art of presence. His teachings bridge ancient wisdom and modern leadership, supporting men to move beyond self-limitation, embody emotional freedom, and lead with authenticity.

From his home by the beach near Byron Bay, Bodhi lives what he teaches - surfing, meditating, and practising yoga daily. His life is a living example of true freedom: built on discipline, guided by purpose, and fuelled by joy and adventure.
