Dominic Aldridge is a respected leadership and business coach who has, for the better part of a decade, been guiding business owners to lead with clarity, purpose, and performance. Whether working with a trades-based business or a corporate leader in a global organisation, Dom has helped clients scale sustainably, strengthen their teams, and reclaim their time.

With a background in construction and years of hands-on coaching experience, he blends practical business know-how with deeper insight into presence, energy, and team dynamics.
