After registering for one of our Future of Male Leadership events earlier this year, we're writing to invite you to a final Complimentary Webinar to reconvene, discuss our findings and consider what comes next...
This is how our quest began: Male leadership is in a state of crisis. The old guard is dead. But what does new male leadership look like? Who do they look to for advice? Who do they learn from?
The two online sessions that followed were an opportunity to begin to explore what the deeper questions might be and how to frame the question beyond gender and male-dominated hero’s narrative. We realised we need to address and challenge the notion of leadership itself...
To explore new ways of leading that integrate the feminine and masculine qualities. To explore the need and desire to co-create a new journey of exploration for what leadership allyship might be.
It was in this spirit that we re-imagined the in-person session in Paris which was an extraordinary event. And it is in this spirit that we envisage our final get together of this group.
