Distraction to Presence is a 12-week Group Program for men — business owners, fathers, husbands, leaders — who are ready to stop running on empty and start living from presence.

You’ll anchor into the deep, powerful energies of the body and learn to lead from presence, not pressure.
You’ll build daily practices that clear distraction, regulate your nervous system, and help you respond rather than react.
It is a unique combination of online group work with tailored 1:1 personal coaching sessions for additional support.Â
In the group work, you’ll sit in a safe circle of men — and be seen, heard and supported.
Not judged. Not fixed.
Not paid out or taken the piss out of.

How It Works
> Live Group Sessions: 8 x 90-minute Zoom calls with the group of men over 12 weeks — including teaching, guided practices, and smaller group breakout discussions.
> Guided Meditations: 3-minute, 6-minute, and 10-minute guided visualisation to build your daily rhythm.
> Student Portal: Access to session replays, downloads, and transcripts.
> WhatsApp Group: Ongoing connection and accountability with your cohort.
> Support Coaches: You’ll be placed in a small breakout groups led by one of Bodhi’s trusted facilitators.Â
**OPTIONAL - 1:1 Coaching Sessions: You have the option of adding 3 x 60 minute Zoom 1:1 coaching sessions with one of Bodhi's Senior Coaches to deepen your personal breakthroughs and receive direct energetic mentoring.
